    hi, I created a new user on wordpress and I want him to have the rights to activate and deactivate the ticket as an administrator, but if I added the user directly in the plugin code, it doesn’t work, can you help me? thank you

    Hello. Good idea — I will add ability to select users who have right to activate and deactivate tickets.
