    “Unable to manually add an affiliate user via Affiliates > Add New Affiliate button. Additionally, when attempting to register as an affiliate on the registration page we are getting a constant error after submission saying the Captcha is not completed even when we have the Captcha setting turned off.”

    Hey @crew33,

    Thank you for reaching out! Can you please offer more details about the Affiliates > Add New Affiliate issue? If you can share the error you’re seeing and also provide a screenshot with the add new affiliate form, that would help.

    As for the reCaptcha functionality, I just checked the code and the validations should only happen when the setting is enabled. I believe the issue may be due to caching. If you have a caching plugin active, I recommend whitelisting the affiliate registration page so it does not get cached. If you don’t have caching enabled, please share a link to your affiliate registration page so I can give it a quick test.

    Not sure how to upload the message. But after trying to add a new affiliate, I get the following at the top of the page, ” Please select the user you wish to add as an affiliate.” Thank you for your help.

    Hey @crew33,

    Thank you for the extra information! From the given error it seems you may have not selected a user in the “User” field.

    All affiliate accounts must have a user account on your website. Before adding the affiliate, please make sure to create the user from Users > Add New.

    You’ll also be able to register the affiliate directly from the add new user page. This article details this process: https://slicewp.com/docs/troubleshooting/
