add animate ?

Looking for a good plugin, so won’t mess with jquery on my site, but this is just fixing it. I need a bit more consumer attractive sliding. like:

$("#sidebar").stop().animate({
marginTop: $(window).scrollTop() - offset.top + topPadding
				 });

and without footer interference.
Please let me know when it’s available!
