Add audio elements inside the table

    Hello 🙂

    I would like to add audio elements inside the table, in the boxes of a column. You know, a mini player where you press “play” and it plays a sound.

    Can I do that with wpDataTables -? How do I do that?

    Hello there.

    Thank you for your interest in wpDataTables.

    You would be able to embed an audio player using shortcodes from another plugin.

    With the Lite version of the plugin, you can enable “Parse shortcodes in strings” in wpDataTables/Settings, and then either create a Simple table where you would be able to add a shortcode from another plugin or if you’re creating tables linked to existing data sources, you’d need to edit those sources and add the shortcodes in cells where you want the player to be.

    We can’t guarantee that wpDataTables will render all possible shortcodes from other plugins, but we’ve seen some customers using this in the past.
