ADD BOOKINGS MANUALLY – cannot find

I am new to this plug-in. New customer.
Installed: Events Manager 5.5.2 and Events Manager PRO 2.2.9. BOTH are active.

Are these the same thing ?

Looking at this documentation

I cannot find the event bookings managment page.

I have not read all of the documentation. Going to do that now.
