Add Button Disappearing

    When an item is removed from the mini cart, the add button along with the quantity selector on the products page that uses Orderable product layout disappears. This doesn’t happen when clicking on (-) button on the mini cart until it goes to zero.

    Also, There is no visual indication to the user when clicking on the remove button similar to +/- buttons of the spinning wheel
