This is probably not the issue,
do you use the plugin “Category Posts Widget”? i found recently conflict with our accordions plugins,
also please try to deactivate others plugin one by one to check if any 3rd party plugin cause the issue.

I deactivated all the plugins, but no effect. I don’t use the plugin you mention, but I installed Duplicate Post recently. I don’t think I could add new items after that. But a deactivation of Duplicate Post didn’t work either.
In your settings menu there is the possibility to downgrade your plugin. Do you think that could work?
UPDATE: When I press the Add-button I see the following code in the console (I deactivated Duplicate post)

have you used any cache plugin or please try clear browser cache, or do you use any other plugin from us?

Hi, thanks for your quick response. I have emptied my cache and deleted some plugins in stead of just deactivating them (shouldn’t make a difference, but you never know). And now I get new items again! Don’t know exactly how this happened, but I’m glad it did…;-)

Its probably cache issue, we recently updated our settings framework which is used to add accordion content,
