    I downloaded the free version of SupportCandy to demo and I really like what I’ve seen so far. The only thing is, where I’m supposed to have “Add New” buttons, none of them appear. For example, there is no “Add New” button on the Ticket Tags or Ticket Category settings. I also cannot add new admins/agents other than what was pulled in when I installed the plugin.

    Any ideas?

    This issue is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin or the active theme. To troubleshoot, please temporarily deactivate all other plugins and then reactivate them one by one. This will help you identify if any specific plugin is causing the conflict.
