“Add” Buttons not displaying

Hi,
I downloaded the free version of SupportCandy to demo and I really like what I’ve seen so far. The only thing is, where I’m supposed to have “Add New” buttons, none of them appear. For example, there is no “Add New” button on the Ticket Tags or Ticket Category settings. I also cannot add new admins/agents other than what was pulled in when I installed the plugin.
Any ideas?
