    Can you add chat queuing feature so that visitors will know the number they are on the waiting line.

  • At the moment we are moving away from queueing and heading towards a more customer-focused approach. This means that customers can send messages and expect to receive a reply pretty quickly, or if the agent is busy, they can get notified of their message later via an email or browser notification. This eliminates the need for queueing.
