    Hi!

    How i can add a checkbox to the apply now form (for GDPR)?

    Hi @a778,

    By default Apply now uses “default form”.
    If you go to plugin “Settings > Apply modal” tab, you’ll see a form where you can add your fields and make your custom Apply now form, with checkbox also.
