    Hi @manouchehr90 thanks for using the plugin 🙂

    Each theme probably customizes the output of the comment form and the comments list, at the moment it is not possible to manage through the plugin.
    This feature may be included in future updates.

    At the moment I suggest you create a shortcode to insert in the template customization using this plugin.
