Astra offers a plethora of hooks that you can use to append your content at different positions. You can see the hooks Astra offers here: https://developers.wpastra.com/theme-visual-hooks/
If you have Astra Pro, you can use our Custom Layouts module to add the content easily without touching any line of code. Here is a video which explains how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWRkzJQwcKU
Visual hooks do not mention any hooks to add content before page navigation.
In that case, we might not have the hook you’re looking for. If you could share a screenshot of where exactly you need the hook, I can share it with our developers and hopefully include it in the future version of Astra.
