i am looking for a way to add custom (profile) fields from a registered user to the export of the attendees of an event.

Is there a way to add this feature (e.g. via functions.php)?

Thanks for your query.

You can do this with some custom codes. We don’t have any exact example for this but you can take some clue from this one:

This adds some WooCommerce data to attendee export data you can just replace them with usermeta data.
