Add Custom Status Email

    Hi guys,

    I’m using 3rd party plugin which let me add new statuses to the default ones.

    In your plugin’s setting I can see the following options which will add the tracking info to the email that sending: http://prntscr.com/p6dwh3

    I like to know how can i add my custom status to this list so i can add the tracking info to it’s email too.

    Hello,

    We will add functionality to add a custom order status in “On which customer order status email to include tracking info?” option. I will let you know once we add this functionality and release a new version.

    What can i do right now?

    Can I use any shortcode of the tracking info to add it to the emails that sending right now? Is it exist?

    Hi @lielal,

    Use this shortcode – “[woo_mb_tracking_info]” to add tracking info in email.

    Hi, how do you add this shortcode? if you add it to template file you need to add do_shortcode function.

    In a few days we will release an update and add the custom emails to our settings, please check for updates and do it once it’s available
