Add custom variables / taxonomy plugin

I need plugin that can add page to admin where i can create Lists
then for list i can add records that consist of several fields.

e.g.

-Cars
–Ford
—Mustang —1990 —Automaic —3.0 —www.ford.com/mustang
—Crown Vic —1994 —Transmission —4.6 —www.ford.com/corwn_vic

<car > <year> <transmission> <engine> <url>

Later i want to use this records inside my template.
