Thank you for reporting this.
We have added DHL Portugal with the correct tracking URL.
Please go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers, click the top-right menu (⋮), and select “Sync Carriers” to update the carrier list.

After syncing, the DHL Portugal tracking link should work correctly.
