There isn’t a specific mechanism for that yet, but some users have had good success with temporarily putting the site into sandbox mode (off hours, generally), entering a few donations, and returning the site to live mode.
What this does is do the full donation cycle, but via a fake PayPal account, so everything updates in Seamless Donations, but nothing on the PayPal side. The gotcha is if you haven’t used sandbox mode before, you’ll need an SSL IPN to make the round trip.
