At the moment, there isn’t a specific option to trigger an email only when a follow-up email is sent. However, Cart Abandonment settings do allow you to configure a webhook. This can be used to send data to a third-party tool when a cart is abandoned or recovered — which can help with notifications or tracking.

For follow-up emails specifically, there is no dedicated setting available right now.
