Add extra text without string – Language specific

Good day.

I’m having a problem translating a sentence because it ends with a hyperlink. The sentence structure changes when I’m translating to my second language. Meaning the sentence will not end with a hyperlinked word. In the translation, it doesn’t give me an option to add anything after the link.

This is part of the sentence in English:

The word ‘here’ hyperlinked.

My sentence in German:
(,die hier heruntergeladen werden
kann).

The word ‘hier’ should be the one hyperlinked and then rest should follow it but because the sentence ends with the link in English I can’t add anything after it in German.

Is there a way around this?
