    Thank you for asking. The options you are asking for are not available in this version of the plugin, but they will in the premium version that you will find on sale soon on yithemes.com

    Our client, for whom we’ve purchased the premium version, needs three check box fields for their quotes. Do you have a time frame for when we will be able to add additional fields?
