Is there a PHP error on the screen or in the server’s PHP error log?
Also, is the problem that clicking ‘Add Field’ does nothing? Or is it not possible to save the block after a new field is added?

Happy 2020! @ryankienstra I have the same problem. In my situation, there is no evident PHP error on either the CMS-side or the frontend. I’ve been able to save the block fine. The ‘Add Field” just does nothing.
As an aside… If @hoangemini resolved this issue, can they please post what they did?

Is there a JavaScript console error on clicking to add a new field?
There’s a new release coming up, also. Maybe that’ll fix this.
