@jefrey
So when you click on the Add File button, it actually adds a content area below, where you can add the download URL, upload file or browser for file.

Hi Luke!
Actually tried that and I still don’t see any PDF in the format. I clicked “add media”, found the PDF I need, inserted the link, and still nothing in the file. And when I work that [shortcode] into my Contact Form 7 for the “Email Before Download” function I get a spinning arrow – like it’s looking for the PDF and can’t find it.
Any thoughts??
Thanks Luke!

Hello @gun1001104175226,
Can you please share any screenshot with the error?

Hi Harish,
The URL of my Email to Download page for reference is:
http://www.btpdigitalgroup.com/case-study-oc-auto-team-on-hold/
There is only an error message when clicking on the link to the PDF either inline or in the sent email.
As you can see from the Downloads area screen shot [ http://www.btpdigitalgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/downloads_screenshot_1.jpg ], the circled red area is the button which seems to do nothing, and as you can see I have also tried including thumbnails [of the PDF] with a link to the actual PDF.
I’ve tried resetting Permalinks also with no luck. Should I try deleting the .htaccess file?
This screenshot is the error message after clicking the live link either inline or the sent email:

Thank you for your help!
