Add filters?

Thanks for your great plugin.
I was wondering, do you think it would be possible for you to add couple of apply_filter() functions in your code? I am creator of multi currency plugins for WooCommerce. The shipping cost can be converted easily by hooking to woocommerce_package_rates, but the problem I have is minimum and maximum values for each shipping method in your plugin. These values are taken directly from DB in your plugin. Do you think it would be possible to pass them through apply_filter(), so that my multi currency plugins (and other similar plugins) could hook into them and convert these values?

I am currently browsing through your code, I think I could make a little fork which adds these apply_filter() functions. If I do this, would you integrate the fork into this branch?
