Add formulas

    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

    This is not possible in WP-Table Reloaded, but in the official and designated successor TablePress, which I’m currently working on and which is in beta stage right now.
    You can get TablePress at http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/tablepress/
    The formulas are then very similar to those in Excel, i.e. the column total would be a formula like

    =SUM(A2:A20)

    Thanks! It looks promising. Also, will TableTools work with this too? I couldn’t get TableTools to work in the WP Table Reloaded.

    Hi,

    yes, TableTools should work, too, although it needs to be installed separately, as a so-called “Plugin Extension”. I suggest that we attack this, once you have TablePress and the formulas up and running.
    (Note however, that TableTools will not be able to export the formulas, as it only sees the calculated result.)
