Add hover effect to main menu

    I am aware EL has many hover effects that can be applied to many elements but I would like to add eg a hover effect on a site main menu – eg pulse – Is there simple css I can add for this? These sorts of effects do not seem to be available as pre set options (unlike images for example).
    I am not a coder so would need to be easy edit copy /paste.
    I have EL Pro (if that helps)
