add HTML/CSS wrapper to audio uploads?

Each week, a staff person at my church uploads two mp3 files from our service. Then I have to go into the page where these are posted and manually add the custom HTML/CSS that makes them look pretty. I’ve considered several workarounds to automatically wrap these uploads but feel that I’m overlooking something simple. I have a Web development background, but not so much WordPress.
