Add Letters Title

    Hello,
    would it be possible to add the title letter at each beginning of a new letter.

    An example in picture

    Hi @warisaac,

    thanks for using my plugin and also thanks for taking the time to create your suggestion! I like it, it seems nice. I do think I would have to make it a toggle feature so people can choose whether or not they want it to be like this. Because in most cases, the words are grouped on other ‘pages’.
    This seems like a simple thing, but it’s pretty big, because you probably don’t want this to appear in the search results for instance.
    So it is a cool suggestion, but I cant give an ETA on this.
