please make sure you are using the latest version (3.10.6) – if you are already on the latest version, please try disabling all other plugins to verify if this is caused by a plugin conflict. If this does not help, please have a look into the browser console (F12 in Firefox for example)to check if there are any error messages which could provide more info on why location search does not work on your site.

there seems to be an issue with your Google Key – make sure you have also enabled Google Places API, according to tutorial at https://mapsmarker.com/google-maps-api-key – steps 11-13
