    How possible please to add below marque to wordpress theme ?

    which file for the theme i can edit to add ?

    Depends on where you want to place it. Header? Footer? Files carry the same name.

    But please, take a piece of advice from guys who write the HTML standard:
    HTML/Elements/marquee

    i did it
    i just added the code at the end of header.php
