Add Media Button – Blank Box

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been dealing with this issue for quite a while now and have perused the codex without any luck.

    After logging into my WP interface, I navigate to Posts/Pages and click Add Media. However, the “Add Media” box is completely blank except for the top bar.

    I can post a screenshot of what it looks like if required.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve been killing myself trying to fix up this problem! I’ve tried defining Concatenating scripts to no avail (unless I’ve entered the code in wrong).
