Add Media button broken

    There was a previous designer who fell of the grid that set up the site and now I’m adding a new page. The Add Media button doesn’t work — I’ve tried 2 computers and 3 browsers.

    The old designer added the NextGen Gallery plugin. Could this have caused Add Media to be disabled? Can anyone think of a way to get Add Media back?
