Hi,
I deactivate all plugin’s but that doesent help.
Also tried another theme.. but it remains the same.
I cleared cash and also used multiple computers.
When you click the buttons.. nothing happens.

I read several problems (also some time ago) about not responding of the “add media” button. So its not realy a new issue.
I tried all suggestions.. but it remains not working.
Is there a chance that in a next update this would solve this problem?
And what is the expection of date of a possible new update??
The problem is that we cant add any pictures on our site now..

Did you try changing the language as suggested in the linked topic?
There’s a known problem with some localized versions where special variations exist (such as, but not limited to, formal and informal), changing the language the English under your profile helps in those cases until a patch can be released.

Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we fixed this issue in 4.9.1 which was released last week (sorry about not following up sooner as I’ve been traveling).
It’s in v4.9.1 I started to have this problem.
Changing Language in user profile didn’t work for me
