Could you provide a link to your portfolio so I can take a look and see which setting might need to be changed?

Generally, you’d go to Settings > Writing, and modify the number here: “Portfolio pages display at most X projects.”

Thanks for the link. Argent’s front page only allows you to display 9 projects at the most, so as a workaround you could try using the portfolio shortcode instead:
