Add Multi-Select With Quantity

So I need to add a quantity option to an “add-on” so the customer can add 3 or 4 of an add-on while still buying 1 of the main product. In this scenario I’m sell truck customizations (a truck rack), and the customer can add 3 or 4 optional “mounts” to put on the truck rack.

With the update this doesn’t seem possible. It seems strange this plugin removed functionality – is there a workaround
