About your question here, I would recommend carrying out the following configurations:
– Set the meta name to “Email(user_email)”
– Set the meta condition to “Is equal to one of”
– Within the condition value fields, set the Emails of the users whom you wish to have the element hidden from

About the question here, I’m afraid that implementation is not possible by default within the plugin. It would entail custom work to achieve the functionality, depending on the setup that you have in place.
