Cart behavior is controlled by Cart66, so you may need to adjust some of your settings in that plugin. The settings in ClassDex shouldn’t have any effect. If you’re willing to share a link, I can take a look at what’s going on.
Best,

This same issue is happening to us. Did you ever figure it out? Our website is: rw.treefrogmarketing.com
Yes, it looks like your configuration for Cart66 is causing this problem. When I go to checkout, I get a warning from chrome that there is a url switch from rw.treefrogmarketing.com to mypowertower.com. This means that Cart66 is attempting to save your cart information at a separate site. I’d go through you Cart66 settings to fix this or you may need to reinstall that plugin.
I reloaded the plugin – and still not working. I am thinking it is an issue with Class Dex. I use the shortcode for Cart 66 is other aread and it works fine. But when I click the button to “Add to Cart” in the List mode – the cart is reset.
ClassDex has nothing to do with the cart. It creates the products, but all of the cart behavior is from Cart66. You could test this by creating some products in Cart66, embedding them in a page, and test to see if you are able to add multiple products. I think you’ll run into the same issue.
I don’t – it’s only when I use the Class Dex listing. Here’s an example of anothe demo registration page: http://rw.treefrogmarketing.com/register-for-classes/
That’s what makes me think it is a Class Dex issue instead.
I see what you mean. Maybe the issue is that you have the cart on the same page that you are listing the ClassDex classes. I’d remove the cart from the bottom of the page and make sure you remove any other extra cart66 shortcodes that you may have included with the ClassDex shortcode. Hope that does the trick!
