Add multiple fields to post content?

Hello,

I’m developing a website that is driven by user submitted content. When the form is submitted, it will eventually become a post on my website.

The form contains several fields such as city, state, name of event, link 1/2/3 to event, date of event, etc. As of now I am only able to link 1 field to post content. Is there a way to link several fields to the post content?
