Add multiple posts from a file

    Hi.
    I have a big problem here. I have an website on wordpress CMS… Till now it worked great. Now, I have to insert automatically from a word file multiple posts in a single category. I can use other formats for the data if that helps…
    Anyone knows how that can be done?
    I need to insert about 300 – 400 posts… And it’s quite time consuming to insert them manually.
