Under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy
You need to enable the following setting:
When creating an account, automatically generate an account username for the customer based on their name, surname or email
As shown in this screenshot

After enabling this setting, the pop-up for missing parameter: username will be resolved when adding a new customer in the POS.
Thank you for this fast reply, it work perfectly.
Hi, i used to have the same issue, I solved it with the instructions that you send, but keeps showing a red pop up saying:
“try again”
How can I fix this?
Also, would be nice if could manage shipping according to the woocommerce settings
Regards
Are you using any other plugins for membership or creating accounts for your WordPress site? We’d recommend trying the plugin/theme conflict testing to identify as outlined here: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/
Deactivate all plugins except, WooCommerce and the Point of Sale. Now try again, if the issue is fixed, one-by-one activate a plugin until you can identify the conflicting plugin.
Please also review the POS permissions, under the following location:
POS > Settings > Users
Make sure the permissions are enabled correctly for your WordPress user to add users, as shown here: https://ibb.co/tH1kfH8, “list_users” and “edit_users”
