Add new plugin: An unknown error occurred

    am a new blogger, but recently about a week my “add new plugin” section has been given “An unknown error occurred” notice.

    i use a ‘morning monday’ theme, deactivate my recently installed plugins but still nothing seems to have changed in the “Add new plugin” section.

    anybody facing the same issue? how do i sort it out?
