Try these:
– Log out and then login
– Deactivate all plugins
– Switch to Twenty Eleven theme with plugins ON/ OFF
If the above steps help in some way, you may activate plugins one by one and see which one is causing trouble.

No, you won’t lose anything by deactivating. It also seems that you are using a very badly edited theme. See the number of (157 Errors, 217 warnings) markup errors.
Anyway, backup everything including your database so that you can always restore what you have now.

it did’nt work anymore….i deactivate all the plugins and also swtich the theme to twentyeleven but same issue occured again…

i installed the same theme in fresh wordpress in this case all the works fine . but when i replace the wp-admin and wp-include folder with fresh one in the previous wordpress .it gives the same bug. i don’t know where is the issue ….
