Add New Post From Relationship Field

Since my last feature request happened so quickly (thanks again!) I figured I would give it another shot.

It would be awesome if one could add a new post from within the relationship field like you can with a taxonomy term.

My specific use case is that I have a relationship set up for the city a person was born in and would like the user to be able to add a new city isn’t he process of adding the person.

I’m not sure if it’s even possible because I guess with a bidirectional relationship the post would have to include a relationship field too. Just thought I’d throw it out there.
