I will contact you. Please, look at one problem you have in the Newsletter plugin:
When I update plugin to new version, all my custom templates become deleted. That’s also one of the the reasons why I do this.

The themes are deleted and this is correct, the core plugin files should not be changed and nothing should be added to the plugin folder. This is not something about Newsletter, but the behavior of WP.
Custom themes can be added in a special folder (see our documentation), but we have hooks (or we can implement them) to add external themes (and external composer blocks).
