“Add Note” fields showing in Gravity Forms

    Anywhere I go in the Gravity Forms plugin, there is an “Add a Note” with the Title and Description fields. Sounds like the same issue Bjarne Oldrup was having with MailPoet.

    I wasn’t able to recreate the issue with Gravity Forms. Can you update to the latest version and let me know if that fixes the issue?

    I haven’t seen the issue after the last update.
