Add On Plugins not working?

I paid a few years ago for the Add On package, unlimited sites for three extra plugins.
I still have the license information and numbers.

I recently restored my site from backup and updated everything. From what I can tell none of the add ons are working.

I noticed first with the icons. The only short code that works shows and icon is the button. The icon short code just shows a circle.

I can’t even use a exit pop any more, it says I have to buy the add on. I tried to follow the direction to re-register my license but the main plugin doesn’t have that choice in the settings any longer.

So I tried installing the plugins on a fresh install of WordPress and the same result. I know the first thing to do is check if there is a template conflict, it wasn’t. I added the manual licensing code to the function.php file for the template on the original install. I check for the header and footer call in those files as well.

I’m at a loss as how to re-register the plugins I bought. If anyone can help me or can suggest something I haven’t tried yet I’d be really grateful.

At the moment very few of the short codes work as expected. None of the styles are showing but they show as choices in the drop down. Anything with an icon doesn’t work, outside of the button.

I feel like I’ve followed every recommendation for troubleshooting this situation but come up empty.
