Add One More Col User ID : wp_options “Table”

I Explain My Site As Step

1. There Are 10 School On My Site. (There User Work as School)
2. On Store Address “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings” value Different Form other user

For Example :
1st user Store Address Values Are
Address line 1 : Address1
So 2nd user can enter different Store Address Values
Address line 1 : Address2

In Simple : I Just Want “wp_options” table connect with “wp_users” OR I Could create new col “user_id”

because get_option and get_site_option update value for all user and option table not join with other table.
