Not sure which pinned post sorry for the confusion, if we can get the sound alert to trigger every time, everything else I can either find a fix, another solution or wait on you all. I have restaurants opening in 4 1/2 to 5 hrs from now, need this working. I’m not even asking for a refund just a fix and can work out the rest, also the thing you don’t have, how can we make it im asking as a paid customer, I mainly purchased this because I thought you have mode designs than what I previously had, but what I previously had worked fine as far as functionality, I also thought you all had a custom way to connect to thermal printer…… I’m glad I didn’t spend 400 on this. I ve spent more time re going through this and have lost more money than what I paid for…..
It do weird things on different browsers and devices, as pro version you can’t even edit the “Items have been added to you cart msg that appears when adding a product” who said I want that msg, I can’t find it no where to edit, now I have to find another plugin to edit that, or hard code edit it, and soon as you all have an update then what?…..
The way you all promote this product, as if it’s turnkey ready after paying, it’s not.
with the printing, I have to get some other software, that only accept four different printers… this that and the third…. the printers are 500, and its still not directly through this plugin/system…. this is very frustrating.
the explore products button that’s in the cart don’t even have a way to customize that link, how are you all making elements with links that you can not edit..
then a lot of these styles is great when viewing from desktop, but in real life most customers of food use there phone.
Then this video, test as customer, from desktop and mobile, then test as the person who would be in the restaurant handling orders, due note the software developer, the site developer, the owner, the orders handler , the customer are all different ppl
