    class name : Woo_Wallet_Wallet

    Methods :
    ————
    Example User ID = 14

    Amount : get_wallet_balance( 14, '' );
    Credit : credit( 14, 18000 , 'Credit Automatic By PHP' );
    Debit : debit( 14, 18000 , 'DebitAutomatic By PHP' );
