Add or remove schema elements

    I used the code under How To Change Schema Type? to change the type of entity used on my site from Article to Product. Because Product doesn’t have the same categories as Article, I would like to remove some of them. Specifically, I would like to remove headline, datePublished, dateModified, author and publisher. Is this possible?
