    Hello, can you please add support for Parcel Monkey tracking? They have their own tracking numbers that won’t work through existing providers.

    Could you please share a few example Parcel Monkey tracking numbers along with the tracking link format they use? This will help us check compatibility and add proper support for Parcel Monkey tracking.

    Parcel Monkey tracking numbers typically start with PMS followed by a sequence of numbers or letters (e.g., PMS12345678). Alternatively, some orders may use an internal order format such as PM_#######_####### or PMO001

    Thanks for your message.

    We’ve added new Parcel Monkey support.

    Go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers
    Click the top-right menu (⋮)
    Select “Sync Carriers”

    After syncing, Parcel Monkey tracking should work correctly.
